I discovered the other day while watching TV.
I know, pretty amazing.
Anyway, the hour-long presentations on space exploration I came across. Those shows are always exciting for me and I occasionally like to watch.
However, every time I try to watch these documentaries, I always end up in a few minutes while changing channels.
This way, I'm more like a small dog.
First of all, I'm really curious and alert, I can soaking up every bit of information. About 5 minutes later, I was a wee little puppy for my brain to handle'm looking for something easy.
Why is it every time? I really like a pea-brained little puppy dog?
It's because I'm not stupid or slow learner.
Quite simply, use technical jargon is just too much for me. I space exploration, astronomy, or even an expert in physics so I have a huge information presented in these shows is a little bit of effort do not understand.
If tuning in to what anybody says I can not understand a word of what?
Well, besides staring at pretty pictures instead. : D
So to me it dawned ...
Super clear and while I try to be brief in my writing, I sometimes I go into more detail than I mean to be. Health of the subject dear to my heart and it can be difficult at times to a mental asylum and more fruit "can be just off on tangents!
So I said to myself, "Self, all common raw food with a list of terms you use to provide your readers may not be good, each with a brief definition be?"
So here you go! Crude terms a rather long, but quite comprehensive list that you see Of course I use in my articles.

Low fat raw vegan
A low fat raw vegan who, * * wonder, does a low fat raw vegan diet! But "low fat" right?
Typically, a low fat diet usually 20% or less of daily calories from fat one. Raw food movement, it usually means the lowest 10% fat. I also stick to the definition.
High fruit raw vegan
A high fruit raw vegan who eats a diet predominated by sweet fruit. Generally, the fruit is less than 80% of daily calories.
Like many people, I make low-fat and high fruit used interchangeably. Most people who follow a low fat diet, eat lots of raw fruits and vice versa.
This makes sense because if you are not getting their calories from fatty foods, your only option (on a raw diet) fruit. Just plant foods do not contain any calories enough to satisfy you.
And if you are eating a high fruit diet, you simply will not be enough room for large amounts of fat!
